WATCHLUNA PRIVACY POLICY
Effective date: September 30, 2026

WatchLuna is an Android application provided and published on Google Play by
SOURCE RTQC LTD ("SOURCE RTQC LTD", "we", "us", or "our"). This Privacy
Policy applies to the WatchLuna Android app, package name
com.cutplan.fabricplanner. It explains how SOURCE RTQC LTD handles information
when you use WatchLuna.

1. INFORMATION WE HANDLE

Information stored on your device
WatchLuna stores your saved movies and series, viewing progress, selected
preferences, feedback choices, and reminder settings locally on your device.
This information is used to provide features such as My List, Continue
Watching, recommendations, and optional reminders. WatchLuna does not provide
user accounts or maintain server-side user profiles for these features.

Device and advertising information
WatchLuna uses third-party advertising SDKs to display and measure ads. The app
requests access to the Android advertising ID. Advertising providers and their
mediation partners may collect or receive advertising identifiers, device and
network information, IP address, approximate location derived from IP address,
ad interaction information, and diagnostic information. They process this
information under their own privacy policies.

Content and network requests
WatchLuna connects to online services to obtain movie and TV metadata, artwork,
search results, trailers, remote configuration, and streaming-related content.
When you use these services, the relevant provider may receive your IP address
and the request needed to deliver the content.

Notifications
If you grant notification permission, WatchLuna may send local reminders about
content you saved or started. You can turn off notifications at any time in
your Android device settings.

2. HOW INFORMATION IS USED

SOURCE RTQC LTD uses locally stored information to operate WatchLuna, maintain
your list and playback progress, personalize in-app recommendations on your
device, and provide reminders you allow. Advertising providers use information
according to their policies to serve, measure, and limit advertising. Content
providers use network requests to deliver the content and metadata you request.

3. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

WatchLuna uses or may route advertising through AppLovin MAX, Appodeal, and
advertising-network partners made available through those services. WatchLuna
also uses The Movie Database (TMDb) for movie and TV metadata. These providers
have their own privacy practices:

4. DATA SHARING AND SALE

SOURCE RTQC LTD does not sell your locally stored watchlist, viewing progress,
or preferences. WatchLuna shares information only as described in this policy:
with advertising and content providers when required to provide advertising,
content, analytics, fraud prevention, measurement, or related services. Those
providers may process information under their own privacy policies.

5. YOUR CHOICES AND DATA DELETION

You can clear locally stored WatchLuna information by clearing the app's data
in Android settings or uninstalling the app. You can control or reset your
Android advertising ID and advertising personalization through Android privacy
settings. You can also disable notifications in Android settings. Because
WatchLuna does not provide user accounts or keep server-side profiles for these
features, clearing the app's data removes the locally stored watchlist,
preferences, and viewing-progress data from your device.

6. DATA RETENTION AND SECURITY

Locally stored information remains on your device until you clear WatchLuna's
app data or uninstall the app. Third-party providers retain information in
accordance with their own privacy policies. SOURCE RTQC LTD uses reasonable
measures to protect WatchLuna, but no online service can guarantee absolute
security.

7. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

WatchLuna is not directed to children under 13. SOURCE RTQC LTD does not
knowingly collect personal information directly from children. If you believe a
child has provided personal information through WatchLuna, please contact us.

8. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

SOURCE RTQC LTD may update this Privacy Policy when WatchLuna or its data
practices change. The effective date at the top of this policy will be updated
when changes are made.
