CRACKSTREAMS PRIVACY POLICY

CrackStreams (package name: com.crackstreams.nflstreams) is a media player for playlists and media sources selected by the user. This Privacy Policy explains how the app handles information when you use it.

1. INFORMATION THE APP HANDLES

Playlist information. The app stores the playlist names, source URLs, credentials, categories, favourites, playback history, parental-control settings, and playback preferences that you choose to add. This information is stored locally on your device so the app can operate.

Source connections. When you add or use a playlist, the app connects to the source provider that you selected. That provider receives the connection information needed to deliver its content, which can include your IP address, device or app request information, and any credentials you supplied for that provider. Those sources are independent of CrackStreams and are governed by their own privacy policies.

Remote configuration. The app may retrieve a small remote configuration file to determine app configuration, including the availability of a demo playlist and the advertising provider. The configuration host may receive standard network-request data, such as an IP address and user-agent information.

Advertising. CrackStreams displays ads. Depending on the app configuration, Appodeal or AppLovin and their enabled advertising partners may collect or receive device identifiers (including advertising IDs), IP address, device and app information, network information, diagnostics or performance information, and ad-interaction data such as impressions and clicks. They use this information to deliver, measure, secure, and where permitted personalize advertising.

The app does not request location, contacts, camera, microphone, SMS, call-log, or storage permissions.

2. HOW INFORMATION IS USED AND SHARED

We use locally stored playlist and preference information only to provide the app's playback, library, search, favourite, parental-control, and settings features. The app shares connection information with the media source you choose so that source can respond to your request. Advertising-related information is handled by the selected advertising provider and its enabled partners as described above.

CrackStreams does not provide media content. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the required rights and permissions for every playlist or media source you add.

3. RETENTION AND DELETION

Playlist information and settings remain on your device until you remove them in the app, clear the app's storage, or uninstall the app. Advertising providers and media sources retain any data they receive according to their own policies. You can reset or limit your device advertising identifier through your Android device settings.

4. SECURITY

We use reasonable measures to protect information stored by the app. However, the security of a playlist or media connection also depends on the provider you choose. Do not add credentials to a source you do not trust.

6. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

CrackStreams is not directed to children under 13. Do not use the app to provide personal information about a child.

7. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this policy when the app, its data practices, or its advertising partners change. The effective date at the top will be updated when changes are made.
